As a small business, we thoughtfully plan ahead to accommodate each and every booking. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following policy:

Cancellations:

• We are not able to accommodate refunds for cancellations.

• If you need to cancel your session for any reason, you are welcome to reschedule.

• Rescheduling is allowed once, per booking with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled session.

• Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours in advance cannot be accommodated and will be treated as a late cancellation.
